This exciting development at Lodore Falls Hotel on Derwent Water was completed in November 2018. The project included demolition of the ground floor leisure club to create a brand new 70 cover beck-side brasserie with open kitchen, bar, and external terracing with 4 luxurious bedroom suites above with stunning views of Derwent Water and Lodore Falls.

In a short space of time Mizu, the Pan Asian restaurant has become a destination restaurant in its own right. The architecture and interior design create a complimentary, relaxing ambiance with natural stone and timber finishes and full height windows opening up to views over the beck.

Two new fabulous bridges have been formed over Watendleth Beck with contemporary timber detailing and feature lighting.

Over the Beck a new building has replaced the existing outdoor pool: The Falls Spa incorporates treatment rooms, rhassoul, laconium, steam rooms, juice bar, relaxation zones and a gym. Externally, the 16m long vitality pool, with its infinity edge, provides a breathtaking experience of the Lake District.

On the upper levels 14 new sumptuous bedrooms, with open terraces and full height bi-fold glass doors enjoy spectacular views over Derwent Water to Catbells.
