UJP masterplanned this 10 Acre development and coordinated the initial phase of site infrastructure, services and new roadways. The concept was to create 3 individual dealership plots within the site and a through route whilst maintaining prime development frontage onto the key inner city ring road.
The MINI dealership was constructed in parallel with the BMW plot, both being operational for the 65 plate launch of new cars. The scaling and positioning of the MINI building was critical, ensuring that it retained its own unique identity alongside the larger BMW building. The MINI showroom, with display vehicles on two floors, was completed on the cusp of changes to the interiors concepts for the brand and incorporates the latest furniture and signage elements within the display, customer and John Cooper Works zones.
