Angela joined the practice in July 2007 as an architectural assistant having already undertaken her ‘year out’ at UJP from July 2004-2005. Angela progressed through her Part 3 log book and professional exams and gained full chartered membership in May 2011. In her early years at UJP she had been heavily involved in some exciting projects, including the £65m hotel and leisure development at Wildwood, Surrey. Angela was integral to the team involved in the redevelopment of several city centre hotel projects in London and further hotel projects at St Andrews and Gleneagles. She was also project architect for UJP’s first police station project at Barrow-In-Furness. More recently Angela has been working on further hotel projects delivering interior design concepts, organizing procurement and installation including Gretna Hall Hotel.
Angela brings a certain warmth to the UJP drawing office, mainly as she is in control of the thermostat!
