As one of only 12 Ferrari sites in the UK, this Stratstone site sits alongside their Porsche Centre (also a UJP project) creating a supercar heaven in this affluent South Manchester location. The development, with a separate adjacent Ferrari Service Centre, has been generated by the internal and façade remodeling of an existing structure.

This economically compact Citroen Dealership sits on a prime site the Sighthill area of Edinburgh, a location where this Citroen building is the latest UJP project in this ‘motor alley’. The showroom contains the very latest Citroën internal furniture elements and concepts complete with DS lounge.

Bringing together the separate Jaguar and LandRover sites in Carlisle, the extensive remodeling of the Montgomery Way site produced the first ‘traditional dual arch franchise’ Jaguar LandRover site in the UK. The rebuilt and extended facility with a floor space of 4300 sq m offers an enhanced customer experience and was completed in June 2016.

UJP masterplanned this 10 Acre development and coordinated the initial phase of site infrastructure, services and new roadways. The concept was to create 3 individual dealership plots within the site and a through route whilst maintaining prime development frontage onto the key inner city ring road.

The MINI dealership was constructed in parallel with the BMW plot, both being operational for the 65 plate launch of new cars. The scaling and positioning of the MINI building was critical, ensuring that it retained its own unique identity alongside the larger BMW building. The MINI showroom, with display vehicles on two floors, was completed on the cusp of changes to the interiors concepts for the brand and incorporates the latest furniture and signage elements within the display, customer and John Cooper Works zones.

This was the third and last phase of the Geldard Road development with the Vauxhall Brand Centre being completed in August 2016. The striking geometry of the façade certainly creates a bold structure to sit alongside the MINI and BMW dealerships.

The BMW building occupies the corner site – the plan and elevational treatment was carefully developed to maximise the display potential of the building. The double height showroom with raised corner tower accommodates 19 new BMW vehicles including an M-Sport zone and specialist display for I-Drive electric cars. The building is complemented by an array of integrated interactive technological features to enhance the customer experience.

Positioned on this prominent elevated site this KIA dealership is definitely striking! The 7 car new build showroom with its crisp glazing and strong red cladding is a bold addition to the Vantage portfolio sitting adjacent to their existing Honda franchise.
