Park Lane is the flagship site for Aston Martin in London and the UK. The site is regularly updated and transformed maintaining exceptionally high standards of design, interiors and workmanship as would be expected for this exclusive brand. The boutique showroom on one of London’s most well know thoroughfares includes the latest Q lounge and car display. It is an exceptional shop window turning many heads!

UJP has worked closely along side the Pendragon Plc property team to develop the design for a roll-out of used car sales sites across the UK. Branded as ‘Evans Halshaw car stores’, the first three in Norwich, Ipswich and Shrewsbury were completed in early 2018.

The next phase of the rollout is currently in the pipe line and further sites are due to commence on site in Late 2018.

Following the UJP remodeling of the nearby Toyota and Citroën dealerships in the Lancaster territory, Vantage purchased their first Skoda Dealership in 2015 and embarked on an exciting rework of the dealership and re-branding to the updated Škoda Corporate Identity. Internally the enhanced customer facilities include the car configurator, lounge and defined display zones. Externally the façade was transformed with the Škoda Communications Pack.

The Audi R8 centre is the latest in a range of developments for Hadwins in Lindale. As a site located within the Lake District National Park the original UJP designed Audi Centre required a sensitive approach and departure from the typical Audi Brand Standards. Further projects include a VW facility and an Audi Service Centre on the edge of the Village. The R8 centre is one of only a few standalone buildings in the UK and again has demanded a unique approach from the UJP team.

The approach to Inverness from the North East has now been transformed by the impact of this stunning new BMW dealership. The impressive new build facility incorporates display for BMW cars and includes a BMW Motorcycles showroom at first floor.

UJP were tasked with upgrading multiple Ford sites across the UK for Evans Halshaw, the majority being internal refurbishments, alterations and upgrades as part of a rolling improvement programme. The franchises in Hull, Milton Keynes, Glasgow, Lincoln and Manchester to name but a few, were all rejuvenated by applying the Ford Corporate Identity to the already successful sites.

As an expansion of the Stratstone brand over the UK this new Porsche Centre is located in the North Birmingham territory. The development was in two phases; conceptual design for the ‘shell’ was led by UJP and delivered by a developer team; whilst the second ‘fit out’ phase was constructed independently bringing to life the remaining UJP design elements. As a 16 car showroom this site will be one of the largest and newest to be constructed in the UK following the Porsche brand concept.

The site of a former food superstore was partially demolished and remodeled. The new facility accommodates over 40 display cars internally and more than 550 externally. The building in addition to sales and service workstations includes a large customer relaxation zone and kids play area. Beyond are support facilities, valet, wash and service bays plus a bodywork repair booth.

The Arnold Clark Motorstore at Chesterfield has now been complimented with further completed UJP developments in Wakefield, York, Nottingham and Doncaster. More coming soon…

Completed in December 2018, and including the latest Hyundai brand identity this 9 car dealership sits on Geldard Road, Leeds. Initially securing planning consents for Pendragon Plc UJP were then novated to Caddick Construction to deliver the full design and d&b contract. The dark cladding, graphics and the large overhanging eaves certainly creates a striking and imposing building in this busy Leeds area.
